She has been able to stop a foreclosure within days of the trustee sale and has been able to get a shortsale approved in as little as three weeks.*
Michelle started negotiating shortsales as an Investor years before many real estate professionals knew what the term meant or had even heard of it. She noticed that she not only liked the challenge of the negotiations, but found fulfillment in helping homeowners avoid foreclosure. That was when she realized that her passion for helping others could reach greater numbers if she had her realtor's license.
Since then she has been helping people buy and sell homes in the "distressed" as well as in the "normal" market. She is Nationally Certified as a Shortsale Foreclosure Resource Specialist (SFR).
